Let’s start at the beginning. I’ve always been the kind of person that gets super excited about new things, but after doing them for a while I get sick of them. Especially in sports. Every since I started my ‘healthy’ journey, I’ve been having ups and downs. Last year when I was training for my first half marathon, I really got into running, but after the race I took a break. I was planning on taking a break for 2 weeks, but 2 weeks turned into 2 months and before I knew it, the fit body I worked so hard for turned back into the body I had before I started running.
In June last year I got a Fitbit Zip and I fell in love the moment I got it. I’ve always liked technology and keeping lists and stats of what I do, so thanks to this little device that you just put in your pocket and the (free) Fitbit app I could keep track of my activity. Continue reading
