I’ve started my last semester of college 3 weeks ago and I’m loving my classes. I’m only taking 2 classes and then I’ll have my Personal Trainer certificate, which is very exciting. One of the classes mostly focuses on how to coach and how to give one-on-one training. Workout essentials: My go-to gym bag and the coolest capris

Today I want to talk about the Gaiam Metro Gym Bag that I’m  not only using as a gym bag, but also as a diaper bag, hand bag and everyday bag. I had been looking for a good gym bag for a while, but I always found something that I didn’t like about the bags that I had before. This one is literally everything I need. It has 2 inside pockets so you can organise everything in there. There is a key holder which I also use to put my gym lock on, it has an outside pocket on the 4 sides and you can close those with magnetic buttons which is great. There is plenty of space inside to store your water, towel, weight training journal, vitamins and wallet and it’s just the most comfortable bag. I like both wearing it over my shoulders and in my hands. The color is pretty neutral too and it’s a nice fit with almost all of the workout clothes I own.  Another great thing about this bag is that it has straps on the bottom for your yoga or fitness mat. Before & After: 2009 vs now

The first 3 pictures were taken in 2009, the last ones were taken in 2011. I shared the first picture to show you how swollen my face was and how it is actually possible to change your whole look. I included the second picture to let you know how that reducing the fat on your back can make you look so much more beautiful. The last picture is one of my sisters and I. We all look so much better and more grown up in the last group picture! Yay! 😉

As I value health a lot, and since many of you don’t really know my story, I decided to start March with my body transformation story.

Back when I was a kid, I was a really picky eater. I only ate things I was really familiar with and I remember having to stay at the table for an hour after my sisters and parents were done eating, just because I didn’t want to eat what was on my plate. Sometimes I didn’t even know what it tasted like, but I just didn’t want to eat it.

Motivational Monday: Time

Today’s quote is so true and I sometimes recognize myself in it. But indeed, what’s 30 minutes of training if it can make you feel happy for a lifetime?!

I’m almost off to my Pilates class which I love because its a 1 hour full body workout! It will be my last class for a while now so I’m going to enjoy it for sure!

Get out of your couch and go running for half an hour! I promise it will make you feel better! If its raining and you don’t like rain then look for Blogilates on YouTube and do three of her videos! 😉
