Last weekend, we celebrated Slaiden’s first birthday party. As it was Superbowl weekend, we decided to throw him a Superbowl party. I got all crafty and made the football goal, the flags and the cupcake stand bench myself. I also created these stickers with Illustrator to put on the cups. You can probably tell that it was more of a SeaHawks party than a regular football party! The party was all blue and green colored. Continue reading
I made Christmas cookies yesterday! I kept everything simple, but they were delicious and really easy to make. That’s why I decided to share the recipe with you guys! 😉 Continue reading
I’m the kind of person that travels a lot and whenever I’m cueing to check in my luggage I realize that I forgot to put an address tag on it, so I would just take one of those (ugly!) Iberia tags at the airport and write down my name and phone number in a bad handwriting because I have no table to put the tag on.
Do you recognize yourself?
I’m almost starting a new adventure. In less than 2 weeks I’m going to live in California for a while, but ill blog about that later.
For now I want to make sure that I have all my travel essentials ready! I’m done with my summer jobs so I have time to do what I love the most: CRAFTING! 😉
During the next 10 days I will be posting some travel DIYs so make sure you keep checking out my blog! The DIY of the day is a passport cover. I’ve seen lots of famous bloggers using those Louis Vuiton passport cases, but since I’m not that fancy and I want to have something more ‘me’ I decided to make a cover myself.
I haven’t had so much time lately to write new articles on my blog because I’m working on my graduation project.
Today I did find some time to do a quick post. Last week for the goodbye party of a friend I made some delicious garlic bread, so I’d like to share with you how to do it!
You only need:
– A baguette
– A clove of garlic
Smash the garlic and mix it with the butter and the parsley. Cut the baguette in slices. Spread the garlic butter on the slices of bread and put some cheese on top. Put this in the oven for 10 minutes (until the cheese melted) and you’re ready!
When I got my daily feed of Bloglovin I saw a post on ‘a beautiful mess’ (a blog that I really like by the way!). They gave the recipe of a mango salsa that I loved!
I changed the recipe a bit (I made it even easier than it was):
I blended half of the ingredients (1/2 mango, 1 tomatoe, 1/2 onion) and then i put the other half of the mango and the other tomatoe in little pieces through it.
Try it! And check out their blog!
And while you’re on Bloglovin, don’t forget to follow my blog…
Buen provecho a todos! 😉
It’s Friday sweeties and when I came home after work I made myself a healthy snack! The snack consisted of a fresh squeezed orange juice with a little bit of lemon to make the taste a bit stronger!
I also took 2 bananas, 2 apples, a cookie and a bit of my squeezed orange juice and I smashed al of it. In Dutch it’s called ‘fruitpap’. It’s the food that mothers give to their babies when they eat actual food for the first time. It may not look that yummie, but it’s delicious 😉
