I’ve started my last semester of college 3 weeks ago and I’m loving my classes. I’m only taking 2 classes and then I’ll have my Personal Trainer certificate, which is very exciting. One of the classes mostly focuses on how to coach and how to give one-on-one training. The other class is a workout class, which is great to help me get in shape before I take a job as a Personal Trainer.
I’ve purchased Kayla Itsines’ Bikini Body Guide and love everything about it. It makes you workout 3 days a week. Legs on Monday, arms and abs on Wednesday and a full body workout on Friday. Every workout contains 4 sets of 7 minutes, so it basically takes about half an hour. The days that there is no workout planned, you have to do a LISS session, which is an activity of choice, like walking or biking.
I’m planning on blogging more about my health and my workout routines, so I wanted to start sharing what I did this week.
Monday: Legs + Abs
Tuesday: 1h walk with little Strider
Wednesday: Arms & abs + 7m run
Thursday: Circuit training
Friday: 1h walk with the baby
