Between all the travel diaries, it’s time to post a healthy recipe that’s really easy to make and that’s perfect to either eat for breakfast or as a snack. You’ve probably heart about chia pudding, the new hype among people who are eating clean.
Ingredients for 2 portions:
- 2/3 cup of Navitas chia seeds
- 3 cups of milk
- 4 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of vanilla
- 1/2 mango
- shredded coconut
- Muma seeds
The only thing you have to do is to mix the first 4 ingredients, put it in something you can close and shake it well. After having done this, you have to put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Once that’s done, you can top it with anything you like. I topped it with little chunks of mango, some shredded coconut and Muma seeds.
