Running schedule: week 1

Last week I ran 27 miles (43,5 km).

Never before have I run this much in only a week of time! I think the schedule I made is really hard, but if you plan in your runs, it’s easy to follow! The second run of last week was the hardest, because it was around 30 degrees Celsius outside, I walked all the way to the beach and then I ran 6 miles with the stroller! I had to take a break after 3,5 miles because I felt dizzy, because of the weather and the strength I needed to push the stroller. The other runs went pretty well! 

I loved my Sunday run. I ran 8 miles that day and the weather was perfect! I took some pictures and posted them on Instagram, so if you want to see more pictures, you should head there and watch the gorgeous views yourself! (@juliecrombe).

Week 2 of my running plan started really well! Today I have to run 5 miles and I’m planning to run at the beach after Slaiden’s Gymboree class!
