As promised in one of my previous posts, I would share my healthy recipes with you guys. I know lots of people who currently have exams and I think it would be great for them to drink a smoothie a day. Like that, you get enough vitamins to get through the day, you feel more energetic and you are working on those health resolutions that you’ve set on the first day of the year.
– 1 banana
– 1 mandarin
– 1 apple
– 1 handful of spinach
– 1/2 lemon
– water/ice cubes
Just throw everything in the blender and add as much water as you like. If you’re aim is to make the drink as a refreshment, you should use ice cubes instead of water.
Let me know what you thought about this 2nd smoothie recipe of the year! Always remember that it’s important to focus on your health. Don’t do a crash diet, because most of the time it won’t make you lose weight permanently. Just make some little changes in your diet. Instead of eating a cookie in the afternoon, or eat that extra slice of bread in the morning, make a smoothie! 😉
