A couple of days ago I was browsing through Pinterest and I found myself looking for healthy snacks as I’m getting this carrot cake addiction since I’m here which is not really good for my body! I found a lot of peanut butter recipes and decided to make these peanut butter snack balls and give it a personal touch by adding some basil.
For making the snack balls you need:
Mix everything together with your hands. Make little balls out of it and put them in the fridge! After a while they are perfectly ready to eat and I must say they are a healthy (if you use 100% peanut butter) and delicious snack!
